Cooking Japanese A5 Wagyu for the first time was a fun experience, and the result was absolutely delicious! A5 Wagyu cooks quickly, so it can feel a bit nerve-wracking—you want to achieve that perfect sear on the outside without overdoing it. We paired it with a free styled ponzu sauce and served it over a bed of rice to create a flavorful bowl that we’ll definitely be making again. We ordered the Wagyu from The Meatery which offers an amazing selection of premium meats and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend checking them out!
