Chicago's 2026 Restaurant Week is Here. Here are 10 Menus Worth Checking Out

Restaurant week in Chicago is a great way to check out new restaurants around the city without spending a ton. Restaurants that participate create a fixed-price, prix-fixe menu for a specific price for people to try. Many restaurants will still offer their normal a la carte menu, but from January 23, 2026 - February 8, 2026, you have the opportunity to try that specific restaurant week menu.

Linked below is the official participant list for this year! Here are 10 restaurants that stood out to me from the list that I think are worth trying:

1. Nadu - Lincoln Park (Indian): I am trying Nadu's restaurant week menu this week, and I'm really excited! It's been a while since I have had good Indian food in the city, and Nadu focuses on dishes from different regions in India offering a more diversified food experience. If you haven't tried Indian food before, it might be worth checking out.

Nadu is offering a dinner restaurant week menu for $45/person that is a four course meal.

2. Dēliz - Bucktown (Italian Steakhouse): I came across Dēliz on the restaurant week website, did a little bit more research into the restaurant, and it looks fantastic. Dēliz is a wood-fired Italian steakhouse that is brand new to the Bucktown neighborhood as of December 2025. It's a very moody ambiance and by the photos and the menu, looks like an upscale dinner.

Dēliz's restaurant week menu is $60 for a four course meal and is a good combination of meat and seafood dishes.

3. Omakase Box - Logan Square (Japanese): In my constant hunt for great Japanese restaurants around the city, I found Omakase Box a while ago and I was excited to see them make an appearance on the restaurant week list. Omakase Box appears to be a more casual and laid-back omakase experience that still delivers on flavor and freshness. It has great ratings for being open only a short while since the summer, and the restaurant week menu looks promising. If you are looking for a more casual omakase experience that won't break the bank, Omakase Box might be worth checking out.

The restaurant is offering a $60/person menu with a choice of a starter, 8 pieces of nigiri, 2 handrolls, and a mochi dessert.

4. La Luna - Pilsen (Mexican): La Luna in Pilsen is my favorite restaurant in Pilsen I've tried so far. It's a relatively small but lively restaurant and has a great menu. If you are looking to get an authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant, Pilsen is worth venturing out to and La Luna's restaurant week menu should be on your list.

La Luna is offering a $45/person dinner with 3 courses.

5. Diego - West Town (Mexican): I have raved quite a bit about Diego...we visit this restaurant pretty frequently because of it's great menu and very cozy, laid back atmosphere. Diego's menu focuses on Baja-inspired street food and classic Mexican dishes. They have a lot of creative dishes on the menu, too.

Diego is offering a $45/person dinner with 3 courses and an optional $25 Mexican Beverage Pairing. A standout item on the restaurant week menu is the ceviche, one of my favorite dishes from the restaurant.

6. Rose Mary - Fulton Market (Croatian & Italian): Rose Mary is a Fulton Market staple, always packed with people, and has a very interesting menu that blends a lot of Mediterranean flavors together. The menu focusses primarily on Croatian and Italian cuisines, combing flavors from both cuisines in a variety of seafood, pasta, and meat dishes.

Rose Mary is offering a $60/person dinner with 3 courses and an optional $30 beverage pairing. A standout item on the restaurant week menu is the Tuna Crudo, which I absolutely loved.

7. Aba - Fulton Market (Mediterranean): Aba is definitely another Fulton Market staple. It's a beautiful restaurant with a large outdoor rooftop (not that anyone is looking to sit outside these days). The menu ranges from hummus dishes and fish, to shawarma and fresh salads. Everything has a pretty vibrant flavor to it and if you haven't been yet, I recommend checking it out.

Aba is offering a $60/person dinner, including a beverage! All of the cocktails listed on the menu look really tasty.

8. La Serre - Fulton Market (French-Mediterranean): La Serre is a must-hit restaurant in Fulton Market. It's a more upscale French restaurant that definitely delivers on quality and creativity. It's a very pretty restaurant with lots of hanging floral arrangements and a big, open space. I have recommended La Serre to a few people who all ended up really enjoying it, too.

La Serre is offering a $60/person dinner with 3 courses. A standout item on the menu is the Tuna Crudo which I thought was really refreshing and tasty. The Linguini and Clams was also excellent.

9. Daisies - Logan Square (Italian & American): I have heard great things about Daisies, and their restaurant week menu does not disappoint! Daisies is a creative American restaurant that focusses on seasonal ingredients and makes fresh dishes including fresh pasta dishes. I didn't know this about Daisies until recently, but the restaurant is open all day and operates as a cafe with brunch and lunch options. The restaurant is modern and beautiful. I am incredibly excited to try Daisies.

Daisies is offering a $30/person brunch menu, $30/person lunch menu, and two different menus for dinner ($45/person and $60/person) for restaurant week. This is by far the most options for restaurant week menus I've come across for a single restaurant, and each menu looks thoughtful and delicious.

10. Bazaar Meats - The Loop (Spanish Steakhouse): Bazaar Meats by José Andrés was a memorable dining experience for me in Chicago. The restaurant has a very funky, cool vibe to it and the food was great. Not to mention, we had an incredible waiter when we dined there, too. A regular meal at Bazaar Meats can get pricey pretty quickly, so I like that they are a featured restaurant for restaurant week. The steak was delicious, and their restaurant week steak is a Coffee Rub Hangar Steak which immediately grabbed my attention.

Bazaar Meats is offering a $60/person dinner menu and a featured item is their Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry. That was definitely a standout appetizer for me when we dined there.
